Monthly seminar of Marketing Department: “Developing customer satisfaction index in Vietnam”

With the aim of enhancing research capacity, especially in the field of research associated with technology transfer, the Marketing Department of Faculty of Business Administration has held a academic seminar entitled "Developing the Customer Satisfaction Index in Viet Nam".

Mr. Phung Minh Tuan has provided brief information on the history, development, meaning, importance and operation of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) in countries around the world. He also aimed to develop the Customer Satisfaction Index in Vietnam.
